If you were one of the people who did cartwheels at the idea of getting onto Sprints LTE network with one of those shiny new LTE Galaxy Nexus, then you may have also been one of the users who were not able to connect to the Sprint Data Network once you activated your new smartphone.
Sprint starting rolling out a software update to resolve the issue yesterday, which you can connect to a WiFi network to download. Alternatively, starting May 17th, you can go into a retail store to get your device updated, though we have a hard time believing an affected user is going to wait any longer than they must to get a data connection on their phone.
