We have read a couple of reports today suggesting that the newest Android update for the GSM Galaxy Nexus is causing issues with location services that use the device GPS. The version of Android Jelly bean causing the issue is 4.1.1.
Admittedly, we could not duplicate the issue. That said, if you are having the problem apparently it is easy to fix. Go into Settings > Location Services and disable your GPS as well as your Location and Google settings. Once done simply re-enable them.
Let us know if it works!
