As the on-going patent wars continue between Apple and Google, the iOS device maker has stepped up their game by filling an injunction in California federal court, the aim of which is to stop the sale of the Galaxy Nexus in the United States.
The new court case, Apple Inc v. Samsung Electronics Co Ltd, et a 12-00630, is based on four supposed patent violations. Apple is reportedly changing focus in this lawsuit to features they feel the end user is expecting to get from an iOS device, for example the ability to search on your handset using voice commands.
